The only required fee is a $5 processing fee if you choose to pick up your Phoenix Bear in Tomball, TX 77375.
If you choose to have your Phoenix Bear shipped, there is a $15 donation to help with shipping fees.

If your baby has 2 first names such as Mary Beth, please note this in additional information section & we will do our best to include both first names. If the names are too long, we may only be able to include the first name. It is uncommon for 2 names not to fit.
