We are so very sorry for your loss. We know the devastating pain of baby loss firsthand as our precious son, Phoenix, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on 09/14/2022 and was born still the next day on 09/15/2022 at 35 weeks gestation. We want you to know that you are not alone. There is a whole community of bereaved parents that have experienced a similar loss to yours. Nobody should have to walk this path alone.
No matter which size Phoenix Bear you received, we can make and send you a digital “Certificate of Life” to honor your baby or send you a physical printed copy in the mail. Every customized bear will come with a Certificate of Life. If you would like only a certificate of life, you can email us at info@phoenixbears.org.
One other thing we can do for you (at no charge) is we can customize your Phoenix Bear that you have received from the hospital. We know your Phoenix Bear holds significance and memories attached to your precious baby. We offer you this opportunity to customize your Phoenix Bear to make it even more special. Please see the list and pictures below to find out what options you have for your specific bear.
If you prefer to order a new Phoenix Bear, you can do that instead. Please choose only one option (customize your hospital Phoenix Bear or order a new Phoenix Bear).
Your hospital Phoenix Bear can be personalized in the following ways:
- Weighted to your baby’s weight (please check our weight chart to be sure the hospital Phoenix Bear you received can be weighted to your baby’s weight)
- Monogram your baby’s name
- Monogram your baby’s information (DOB, length, weight, etc.)
