If you would like a Phoenix Bear but can not afford one, please contact us to be put on the grant waitlist. We offer partial grants all the way up to full grants. You will remain on the waitlist until funds become available to fulfill your order and your spot is next in line. We will contact you via email before starting on your bear. You will have one week to reply and confirm your desire to move forward and receive your personalized Phoenix Bear. If we do not hear back from you within one week, you will be placed back a spot on the waitlist. Your base bear will be chosen for you at random according to the weight of your baby.
If you want to choose your base bear, you will need to purchase your base bear yourself from our Amazon Wishlist and have it sent to us (add a note stating your name, your baby’s name, and your Phoenix Bears waitlist order number). If you choose to do this, please note that you will not be reimbursed and the grant will not provide funds to cover this expense. Please do not order your base bear until after we place you on the waitlist and give you your Phoenix Bears waitlist order number.
