Customize Your Hospital Phoenix Bear

If you have received a Phoenix Bear from the hospital, you can get it customized to your baby’s weight at no cost to you! Please view this chart to see your options:

You will have to drop your hospital Phoenix Bear off to us in Tomball, TX 77375 (or ship it to us) in order for us to personalize/customize your bear. Your hospital Phoenix Bear can be customized to your baby’s weight at no cost to you. We will also make & email you a digital copy of your baby’s personalized Certificate of Life acknowledging your baby’s life or Memorial Certificate for free.

Other options to personalize your hospital Phoenix Bear: add embroidery to your bear’s blanket or/and add an embroidered belly patch. Blanket can have baby’s full name and date(s) OR baby’s birth stats (weight + length) & birthdate. If you received a smaller bear 2.5″-4″ bear from your doctor’s office or ER or L&D for an early miscarriage, please contact us about your options for personalization.

We offer customization of your hospital Phoenix Bear (will weigh the same as your baby) & other desired personalization at no cost to you.
However, if you need it shipped, a donation of $15 is required to help cover shipping fees. If you are local, we do offer free drop-off / pick-up at a public location in Tomball, TX.
